Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with Global Development and Platform Engineering, delivering advanced financial and operational insights to guide investments, forecasts, and cost optimization. This role reports to the FP&A Manager and drives executive-ready reporting in Power BI.

The candidate will own global cloud operations analysis, collaborate with Engineering and Finance leadership, and identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency levers for strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, financial analysis, or operational finance roles with increasing scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, data analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (or comparable data visualization tools) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic finance partner to Global Development and Platform Engineering.
• Deliver advanced financial and operational insights to inform investment decisions, forecasting accuracy, and cost optimization.
• Provide data-driven insights to CTO and SVP of Software Development for policy decisions and automation strategies.
• Own global reporting and analysis for cloud operations and engineering cost structures; support forecasting.
