CLA, a top ten national professional services firm, seeks a Business & Accounting Applications Analyst in Madison, WI. You will implement, support, and optimize accounting and business technology solutions for CLA professionals and clients, bridging business needs with modern cloud-based applications.

The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, client-focused, and excited about AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
2 years experience in customer service support required
2 years experience in an area of application support, Helpdesk, Desktop Management, Mobile device/application support or similar IT experience preferred

Responsibilities

Configure and optimize finance, accounting, expense management, and reporting applications.
Configure and maintain system settings, user roles, permissions, workflows, and application preferences.
Support onboarding and data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, conversion, validation, and reconciliation.
Document implementation procedures, operational standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams and software vendors to identify and resolve implementation issues.
Help drive successful application implementations and technology-adoption efforts.
Support users throughout the implementation and onboarding process.
