You will bridge business needs with cloud-based applications and AI-enabled tools, collaborating with stakeholders, software vendors, and technical teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 2 years experience in customer service support required.
- 2 years experience in application support, Helpdesk, Desktop Management, Mobile device/application support or similar IT experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize finance, accounting, expense management, and reporting applications.
- Manage system settings, user roles, permissions, workflows, and preferences.
- Support onboarding and data migration, including data mapping, cleansing, conversion, validation, and reconciliation.
- Document implementation procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
- Drive successful implementations and technology adoption.
- Support users through implementation and onboarding.
