This role partners with Brand, Sourcing, and Marketing Transformation to realize $27M in agency savings. Location is New York City preferred, with onsite 3x/week in NY/Jersey City/Chicago/Wilmington.

Leveraging Adobe's GenAI creative suite to target a minimum of $27M in agency savings, this role bridges Brand, Supplier Services, Sourcing and Procurement Operations, and Marketing Transformation. The ideal candidate will combine rigorous multi-line budget management and financial modeling with executive-level storytelling, translating complex data into actionable insights for C-suite leadership.Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end budget management and investment governance across software licensing, implementation labor, consulting fees, and internal headcount.Establish and manage line-of-business (LOB) cost allocations proportional to projected savings and benefit ratios.Serve as the lead financial tracker for initiative ROI, maintaining multi-year NPV models, updating cost-avoidance projections, and measuring progress against the $27M agency savings target.Monitor agency spend, production expenses, and content output volumes across business units to evaluate total value realization and quantify the reinvestment of savings into scaled content production.Build, automate, and maintain executive-ready reporting, financial models, macros, and interactive dashboards to deliver weekly and ad-hoc updates on investment breakdowns, benefit allocations, and savings timelines.Partner with Sourcing and Procurement to support agency contract evaluations, retainer restructuring, and pricing unbundling, using centralized cross-LOB expense data to track savings.Utilize Workfront data to monitor resource capacity, track headcount allocation, and model the financial shift from external agency dependencies to internal AI-enabled workflows.Evaluate the financial viability, operational governance, and key performance metrics of GenAI initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to secure executive approvals and ensure strategic alignment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or business management directly overseeing large, complex multi-line budgets.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, macros, complex formulas, and multi-year NPV analyses.Proven ability to analyze large datasets and deliver clear, high-impact PowerPoint presentations and executive-level narratives to C-suite leadership (e.g., CFO, CMO, CBO).Demonstrated success tracking ROI, cost-avoidance, and value realization within large-scale programs.High standard of discretion and sound judgment handling confidential headcount, vendor negotiation, and proprietary financial data.Familiarity with financial services, enterprise procurement, or vendor payment systems (e.g., Ariba, Optima, SAP).Experience with Workfront or similar enterprise resource, project, and capacity management platforms.Background in marketing operations, creative content production workflows, agency retainer management, or enterprise technology transformation within a matrixed organization.Job ID: JN -102026-166344#LI-Cella#LI-KM1Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
