Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a Financial Analyst to perform financial and business analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will develop spreadsheets and databases, prepare ad hoc analyses, and present findings to management.

Responsibilities include coordinating projects, documenting methodologies, and ensuring on-time delivery while applying HIPAA and privacy guidelines as required by the company policies. A Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years in Accounting/Finance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience as determined by the company
• 5-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access
• Experience with Power BI
• Strong relationship building skills
• Ability to think strategically and act proactively to create trust with business units
