Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a finance professional to perform financial and business analyses, develop and maintain spreadsheets/databases, and prepare forecasts for management review.

You will lead analysis projects, prepare ad hoc reports, and present findings to management. A Bachelor's degree with 5–10 years in Accounting/Finance and experience in MS Excel, MS Access, and Power BI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience as determined by the company.
• 5-10 years of relevant progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Ability to think strategically and act proactively to create trust with business units.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and business related analysis.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for reporting.
• Conduct forecasts and analysis of trends.
• Present analysis to management and document findings.
• Coordinate projects to ensure timely completion.
• Input, retrieve, and display accounting information using computer systems.
• Lead and document financial analysis projects including ad hoc reports.
