Highmark Health seeks an experienced financial analyst to conduct forecasts, analyze financial reports and trends, and develop robust spreadsheets and databases for reporting. You will lead special finance projects, document findings, and present results to management, collaborating across departments to drive informed decisions.

Candidate should have 5–10 years in Accounting/Finance, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and the ability to strategically partner with business units.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Access.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically and proactively build trust with business units.
• Office-based role with travel to various sites.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare forecasts and analyses of financial reports, records and trends.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for analysis and reporting.
• Lead and document financial analysis projects, including ad hoc reports.
• Present analyses to management on financial results and trends.
• Communicate project status and deadlines to management.
• Collaborate with other departments on analyses and studies.
• Input and retrieve accounting information using PC/mainframe systems.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion.
