Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• 5-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Ability to think strategically and act proactively to create trust with business units.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analyses and forecasts; analyze trends in financial reports and records.
• Prepare and present analyses to management at all levels to summarize results and insights.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to facilitate analysis and reporting.
• Lead special financial and business projects; prepare ad hoc reports with data gathering and calculations.
• Coordinate activities to ensure projects progress and meet deadlines.
