Riveron seeks a Finance Analytics Manager to lead hands-on design, development, and delivery of complex analytics for finance functions. You will architect pipelines, transform large datasets, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards, mentoring a team in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with finance and business stakeholders to ensure outputs align with accounting logic and business goals, while driving high-impact, scalable analytics across the firm.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data-focused roles with hands-on delivery.
• Strong SQL expertise with hands-on Alteryx and Python work.
• Ability to design and build complex analytics and data engineering solutions.
• Solid understanding of financial data concepts and analytics applications.
• Communicates insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Architect and build analytics solutions on Fabric, Azure, and Snowflake.
• Develop and optimize transformation workflows for large multi-source datasets.
• Create automation and analytics workflows with Alteryx and Python.
• Translate finance problems into structured analytics and data engineering work.
• Ensure outputs align with accounting logic and business expectations.
• Deliver dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Mentor junior teammates and lead hands-on development.
