Riveron is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to execute performance improvement initiatives for public and private organizations. The role focuses on finance transformation, planning, and analysis, leveraging tools like Anaplan, Tableau, and Power BI to deliver driver-based models and 13-week cash forecasts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably consulting/investment banking and FP&A roles.
Strong financial modeling with driver-based 3-statement models and 13-week cash forecast.

Responsibilities

Execute FP&A project plans across performance visibility, forecasting, budgeting, and interim FP&A.
Develop end-to-end reporting solutions with KPI selection, data integration, and dashboards.
Support clients with forecasting processes, planning technologies, and long-range models.
Provide 13-week cash flow, ROI, pricing, and profitability analyses; assist organization design.
