Job summary

Bland AI is seeking a finance and operations generalist to help build the company’s financial and operational foundation as we scale in San Francisco. You’ll partner with accounting, sales, and operations, handling compensation plans, dashboards, forecasting, budgeting, and data integrity in a fast-paced startup environment.

This in-person, full-time role requires comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on mindset; you’ll own reporting, analyze bookings and revenue trends, and drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial foundation including Power BI, Excel, and other tools.
• Highly self-directed — does not need heavy management or a fully built playbook to be effective.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation plans and commissions.
• Build reporting and dashboards for leadership.
• Analyze bookings and revenue trends to inform decisions.
• Help with budgeting and forecasting and improve decision systems.
