Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience.
• Experience building dashboards or reporting automation.
• Prior experience using AI tools for analysis, reporting, or workflow automation.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Sharp critical thinking and systems thinking mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting, including budget-to-actual variance analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards providing leadership with real-time visibility into financial performance.
• Build and maintain financial models and forecasts for planning and decision-making.
• Lead expense optimization analysis by tracking spend, flagging variances, and identifying cost-discipline opportunities.
• Prepare reporting and analysis materials for the Controller and CEO, including board-level materials as needed.
• Use AI tools to accelerate reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Identify opportunities for finance-process automation.
• Connect financial performance to operational activity across the business.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects.
• Report to the Controller.
