Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a finance analyst to perform financial and business analysis, develop forecasts, and present results to management. You will build spreadsheets and databases, support multi-site reporting, and coordinate projects to meet deadlines.

The role requires 5–10 years in Accounting/Finance, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with business units. This is an office-based position with travel to various sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in Accounting/Finance.
5–10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access.
Experience with Power BI.
Strong relationship building skills.
Ability to think strategically and act proactively to create trust with business units.
Office-based role with travel regularly to various sites.

Responsibilities

Perform financial and business related analysis.
Prepare forecasts and analyze financial reports, records and trends.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to facilitate analysis and reporting.
Present analysis to management regarding financial results and trends.
Coordinate activities to ensure projects advance and complete on time.
Lead and document financial analysis projects including ad hoc reports and data gathering.
