Job summary

Amazon Devices seeks a Financial Analyst III to drive financial insights shaping product development and engineering strategy. You will build advanced models, translate data into insights, and guide planning for new business concepts.

You will partner with product development and engineering teams, focusing on headcount cost measurement, ROI, and scalable reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax, finance or a related analytical field
• 5+ years in multiple finance and accounting roles
• 5+ years applying KPIs to analyses
• 5+ years building financial and operational reports
• 5+ years creating process improvements with automation

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, metrics, and scorecards for month-end reporting and operating plan cycles
• Lead month-end close processes with variance analysis and leadership commentary
• Analyze complex quantitative data to identify trends and ROI for initiatives and new product concepts
• Collaborate with FP&A across sales and marketing finance to improve reporting quality and narratives
• Partner with finance tech to streamline reporting infrastructure and automate processes
