Qualifications

• 1+ years of finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
• 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial and operational reports that inform business decisions, ensuring data accuracy and completeness by cross-checking against multiple sources.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and develop financial models to surface trends, identify root causes behind performance variances, and present recommendations to business partners.
• Support weekly and monthly financial close processes, planning cycles, and forecasting activities while continuously improving reporting tools and workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to collect inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure key decision data is accurate, automated, and timely.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and generative AI tools, create standard operating procedures, and support knowledge transfer within the team.
