Qualifications

• 1+ years of finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, CS).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial and operational reports; ensure data accuracy by cross‑checking against multiple sources.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and develop financial models to surface trends and identify root causes of variances; present recommendations to partners.
• Support weekly and monthly financial close processes, planning cycles, and forecasting; continuously improve reporting tools and workflows.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to collect inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure data is accurate, automated, and timely.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and generative AI tools; create SOPs and support knowledge transfer within the team.
