Job summary

Amazon seeks a Finance manager as FP&A Lead supporting the Portable Devices and Kids+ team and the NA Sales & Marketing Team, driving financial reviews, insights into performance and forecasts, and improving cost stewardship.

The role requires a self-starter with strong modeling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while communicating with senior executives and stakeholders across Amazon.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field.

Description Amazon seeks a Finance manager as FP&A Lead supporting the Portable Devices and Kids+ (PDK) team and the NA Sales & Marketing Team (NA S&M) facilitating financial reviews and providing insights into business performance and forecasts, drive efficiencies on fixed and variable costs, Headcount (HC) reporting and forecasting, and continuously improving FP&A processes to improve our financial stewardship of the business.

This candidate will be a strategic thinker, highly analytical, creative, and have a demonstrated ability to effectively manage financial responsibilities and support decision making in a rapidly evolving business. This role requires a self-starter with strong modeling skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively. This role also has regular interaction with senior executives, various business units, and multiple stakeholders across Amazon and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, or CPA
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
