Job summary

Hilton Chicago is seeking a Finance Analyst to support daily accounting and analytical tasks across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Accounting for our large-scale operations.

In this role you will help produce monthly reports, assist with internal controls, and communicate financial results to internal and external stakeholders, contributing to one of Chicago's most storied hospitality destinations with a strong team focus on accuracy and service.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential accounting functions: Execute tasks across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting to support financial operations
• Address questions and disputes: Research and respond to inquiries and partner with internal and external parties to resolve disputes promptly
• Participate in financial reporting: Assist with the production of monthly accounts, month-end responsibilities, and internal controls over financial data
• Assist with financial communication: Report financial results and aid in understanding financial matters for both internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate for success: Build and maintain cooperative relationships with other finance and corporate departments

As our Finance Analyst,, you’ll play a key part in supporting the financial heartbeat of one of Chicago’s most storied hospitality destinations. In this role, you’ll assist our Finance team with daily accounting and analytical responsibilities that help keep our large-scale operation running smoothly—from rooms and dining to meetings & events. The Finance Analyst will perform activities to support the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Accounting functions. The Analyst will participate in the development and processes of accurate reports and account management.
