Job summary

Whitefish Search Partners is seeking a Financial Analyst on the east side of the Twin Cities. The role partners closely with leadership to provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support business and operational decisions.

Responsibilities include leading forecasting and budgeting, analyzing performance, preparing management reports, supporting month-end close and variance analysis, and identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analytical skills.
• Experience working with multiple entities and partnering with operational leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Workday, Adaptive, and Power BI is a plus.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and budgeting processes.
