Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst in Minnesota to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and capital planning. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to drive performance and profitable growth, delivering data-driven insights and financial models.

You will develop dashboards in Power BI, evaluate capital investments, and contribute to process improvements and finance transformation initiatives for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Cost Accounting, or Operations Finance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling experience.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support annual budgets and ongoing forecasts through analysis, consolidation, and planning.
• Develop financial models and evaluate capital investment opportunities, including ROI, NPV, and payback analysis.
• Create and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization solutions.
• Partner with operational leaders to support capital planning and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct post-investment analysis and performance reviews of major projects.
• Assist with risk management, insurance-related financial analysis, and special projects.
• Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and finance transformation initiatives.
