Job summary

Chatham Financial is seeking an entry-level Analyst in Charlotte, NC to join its client advisory team. You will work with senior decision-makers on derivatives, debt management, and valuation, gaining deep subject matter expertise early in your career.

As part of the Analyst Program, you will receive mentorship, rotate through teams, and engage with technology that powers financial solutions, all while building a foundation for long-term growth in finance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Pursuing a BA/BS in a relevant field (finance, economics, math, engineering, computer science).
• GPA of 3.5 or above is strongly preferred.
• Previous relevant internship experience is a plus.
• Ability to start full-time employment on July 12, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support real client engagements from day one—help structure and execute derivative trades, model complex financing structures, and analyze client exposures across rates, FX, and commodities.
• Assist with valuations, market research, and data management to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior decision-makers and contribute to thought leadership and client advisory work.
