Chatham Financial is seeking an Analyst or Associate for its Client Engagement Operations team in the United States. The role supports Relationship Managers and advisory teams across the U.S. and international offices, based in either Denver, CO or Kennett Square, PA.

You will drive reporting and analytics, lead routing, contracting, invoicing, and CRM data integrity while enabling efficient operations and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in financial services or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience leveraging LLMs and AI tools to improve business processes.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales/Revenue Operations - develop CRM reports, Power BI dashboards, and AI-powered agents.
• Sales Enablement - support business development with prospect research, materials, and presentations.
• Lead Routing - review, qualify, and route inbound leads to Relationship Managers.
• Contracting Lifecycle - prepare and coordinate proposals and NDAs.
• Invoicing - prepare and manage SaaS subscription invoices with internal coordination.
• CRM Functionality - ensure data integrity, test enhancements, drive adoption.
• RFP Management - coordinate responses across teams for timely submissions.
• Stakeholder Management - train and support Relationship Managers and advisory teams.
