Job summary

Chatham Financial is seeking an Analyst as part of its early-career program in Denver, CO. From day one you'll work with senior decision-makers in real estate, private equity, and corporate finance, helping to structure derivative trades, model complex financing, and analyze client exposures across interest rates, FX, and commodities.

You'll receive mentorship, six firmwide courses, and hands-on rotations that build mastery.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Working toward a BA/BS in a relevant field (finance, economics, math, engineering, CS).
• GPA of 3.5 or above is strongly preferred.
• Previous relevant internship experience is a plus.
• Ability to start full-time employment on July 12, 2027.
• Willingness to work onsite in assigned office.

Responsibilities

• Support real client engagements from the start - helping to structure and execute derivative trades.
• Model complex financing structures and analyze client exposures across interest rates, FX, and commodities.
• Assist with valuations, market research, and data management to drive decision-making.
• Engage in mentorship and team-based learning to build technical and strategic skills.
