Job summary

Chatham Financial invites enthusiastic students and graduates to join its Analyst Program in the United States. You’ll work with senior decision-makers on real client engagements, learning derivatives, debt management, and valuation from day one.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across real estate, private equity, infrastructure, and corporate finance, supported by mentorship, formal courses, and opportunities to contribute to meaningful analyses and client-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Working towards a BA/BS in a relevant field (finance, economics, math, engineering, computer science).
• GPA of 3.5 or above is strongly preferred.
• Ability to start full-time employment on July 12, 2027; willing to work onsite in assigned office.

Responsibilities

• Support real client engagements from day one—helping to structure and execute derivative trades.
• Model complex financing structures and analyze client exposures across interest rates, FX, and commodities.
• Participate in valuations, market research, and data management to aid decision-making.
• Engage with mentors and peers through structured courses to build expertise and business perspective.
