Job summary

Chatham Financial is seeking an Analyst to join their program in Colorado, working closely with senior decision-makers in real estate, private equity, and corporate finance. You’ll help bring clarity to complexity, deliver insights, and contribute to client engagements from day one.

You’ll gain exposure to derivatives, debt management, and valuation, with mentorship and six firm-wide courses to accelerate your learning and impact as a trusted advisor.

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• GPA of 3.5+ strongly preferred.

Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027. Working towards a BA/BS in a relevant field (i.e.- finance, economics, math, engineering, computer science). GPA of 3.5 or above is strongly preferred. Previous relevant internship experience is a plus. Ability to start full-time employment on July 12, 2027. Willingness to work onsite in assigned office.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel may be required to client offices or Chatham locations for projects or training. For Colorado based candidates, the compensation range for the position is expected to be between $80,000 and $90,000 annually. Total compensation, including base pay, discretionary individual bonus and company bonus, may be higher than range listed, depending on applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
