Deloitte is seeking a Finance Analytics & AI Manager to join the Finance Transformation team in the United States. You will lead AI-enabled finance solutions, bridge business and technical stakeholders, and guide engagements from design to deployment.

Responsibilities include translating business needs into AI design, shaping use cases, and mentoring junior delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Proven track record deploying production-grade AI for customers.
• Experience leading technical discovery with clients.
• Building data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
• Proficient in Python and SQL across AWS/GCP/Azure environments.
• Experience with generative AI across infra, model, and apps layers.
• Experience with finance data and planning/forecasting use cases.

• Lead AI solution development and client relationships; ensure quality and outcomes.
• Serve as a techno-functional bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Lead engagements within larger programs to implement AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to translate design into build specs.
• Translate business needs into AI design requirements aligned to outcomes.
• Engage clients to identify issues and high-impact AI use cases.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments to inform design decisions.
• Define scope, objectives, and delivery plans; manage architecture through delivery.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and mentor team members.
