Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Finance Analytics & AI Manager to join the Finance Transformation team in delivering AI-enabled finance and analytics solutions for large enterprises. You will work with leading professionals to translate business needs into technical design, and drive projects from discovery through deployment.

You will lead AI solution development, manage client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to proposals and RFP responses while shaping high-impact use cases in finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related; 6+ years software development.
• Experience building AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP).
• Delivery of AI-driven solutions from conception to launch.
• Leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Building data pipelines using vector databases and RAG architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI solution development and client relationships.
• Bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams; clarify requirements.
• Lead engagements to implement AI-enabled solutions for large enterprises.
• Translate business needs into AI design requirements.
• Engage clients to identify AI use cases and value cases.
• Define scope and delivery plans; manage architecture execution.
• Support proposals, RFP responses, and mentor team members.
