Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Finance Analytics & AI Senior Consultant in Denver to design and implement AI-enabled finance transformation initiatives. You will lead data-driven projects, architect AI solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver finance planning, forecasting, and profitability insights.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of Python/SQL development, cloud experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, data science, finance, engineering or related field.
• 4+ years software development with Python.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP).
• Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Experience building data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
• Experience with Python and SQL on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Experience architecting generative/agentic AI across infra, model, and app layers.
• Experience with finance data workflows: planning, budgeting, forecasting, close, profitability.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of finance transformation solutions using data, automation, ML, and AI capabilities.
• Architect generative and agentic AI solutions across infra, model, and app layers for finance use cases.
• Analyze requirements and translate into AI design requirements and implementation plans.
• Partner with developers to build AI-enabled solutions and guide testing.
• Develop and support data, analytics, and AI assets using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Contribute to client workshops, solution demos, testing, deployment, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify delivery risks and support project execution across cross-functional teams.
