Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Finance Analytics & AI Manager on the Finance Transformation team to tackle AI-enabled finance challenges for major clients. You will lead AI solution development, manage client relationships, and guide technical delivery from design to deployment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field, or equivalent.
6+ years of software development experience (Python or similar).
Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP).
Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions from concept to launch.
Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
Experience building data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
Experience using Python and SQL in AWS/GCP/Azure for analytics/ML/data engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead AI solution development and deployment with client relationships.
Serve as a techno-functional bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams.
Lead engagements within larger programs to implement AI-enabled solutions.
Translate requirements into build specifications and guide development.
Define scope, objectives, and delivery plans; manage architecture through delivery.
Support proposals, RFPs, and mentor team members.
Engage clients to identify high-impact AI use cases and design requirements.
