Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Finance Analytics & AI Senior Consultant in Dallas to solve complex client problems using data, automation, and AI. You will design AI-enabled finance solutions, partner with cross-functional teams, and guide projects from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, IS, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• 4+ years of software development with Python.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions from concept to launch.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Experience building data pipelines using vector DBs and RAG-like architectures.
• Experience using Python and SQL on AWS/GCP/Azure for analytics/ML/data engineering.
• Experience designing generative and agentic AI across infra, model, and apps.
• Experience with finance data for planning, budgeting, forecasting, close, profitability.
• Ability to travel ~50% and willingness to sponsor may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of finance transformation solutions using data, automation, ML, and AI.
• Architect AI solutions across infra, model, and applications for finance use cases.
• Translate requirements into AI-related designs, workflows, and plans.
• Collaborate with developers to build AI-enabled solutions and provide guidance.
• Develop and support data, analytics, and AI assets using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Participate in client workshops, solution demos, testing, deployment, and communications.
• Identify delivery risks and support project execution across teams.
