Deloitte is seeking an Finance Analytics & AI Manager within its Finance Transformation team to tackle complex client problems with AI-driven finance solutions. You will bridge client stakeholders and technical delivery teams, guiding design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-enabled processes for large enterprises.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms, with experience delivering production AI and managing multiple workstreams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years in software development with Python or similar.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP).
• Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Experience building data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
• Experience using Python and SQL to develop analytics on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Experience architecting generative AI across infra, model, and application layers on major platforms.
• Experience with finance data use cases (planning, forecasting, etc.).
• Willingness to travel ~50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

• Lead engagements identifying and implementing AI-enabled solutions for large enterprises.
• Translate requirements into build specifications and provide guidance during development.
• Shape client issues into AI use cases and solution designs.
• Perform assessments using quantitative and qualitative methods to inform design decisions.
• Define scope, objectives, requirements, and delivery plans end-to-end.
• Support proposals, RFPs, and mentorship within the team.
