Job summary

You will partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and end users to translate needs into practical use cases, build scalable solutions, and drive responsible adoption while meeting governance and compliance standards. The role emphasizes hands-on AI and automation with strong business-process knowledge, analytical judgment, and the ability to guide
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IS, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years in operations, strategy, consulting, or AI-enabled finance transformation.
- Hands-on with Generative AI and enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and related tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, build, test, and deployment of AI-enabled finance solutions.
- Partner with Finance leaders to translate needs into measurable AI use cases.
- Drive adoption with demonstrations, workshops, and user enablement.
- Ensure governance, privacy, and financial-control requirements.
- Coordinate multiple AI initiatives and track milestones and outcomes.
