Job summary

Pure Storage, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance AI Transformation to lead AI, automation and analytics initiatives within the CFO function.

You will partner with Finance, DnA and IT to identify opportunities, design data products, and drive adoption of AI‑enabled capabilities across finance processes. The role emphasizes governance, controls, and measurable outcomes, with in‑office work from the Santa Clara, CA campus and potential incentive/equity components.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance transformation, accounting, revenue or GTM finance, finance operations, consulting, business systems, data and analytics, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes including close, general ledger, revenue recognition, Quote‑to‑Cash, Order‑to‑Cash, Record‑to‑Report, controls and related operations.
• Experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying AI‑enabled capabilities within finance or related functions.
• Hands‑on experience experimenting with emerging AI technologies and prototypes using modern AI tools.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, CPQ, billing, close/reconciliation tools, cloud data platforms and BI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify high‑value AI and automation opportunities and redesign underlying processes for AI‑driven workflows.
• Pilot concepts, validate results, and scale solutions with measurable business outcomes and adoption plans.
• Bridge finance, DnA, and IT to translate requirements into process, data, system and control specs.
• Design trusted finance data products, semantic layers, workflows, and AI capabilities to reduce manual effort and improve decisions.
• Establish operating cadence for transformation delivery including business cases, milestones, and adoption metrics.
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities through testing, training, and launch communications.
• Define value realization metrics such as cycle time reduction, productivity gains, and stakeholder satisfaction.
