Job summary

Matson Logistics seeks an AI Specialist to design and deploy business-side AI solutions across lines of business, partnering with IT for platform integrity and governance. The role emphasizes rapid prototyping, scale, and responsible data handling.

You will work across functions to learn workflows, gather use cases, and drive adoption, with accountability for dashboards and business value delivered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, or similar low-code AI platforms.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and process improvement in business operations.
• Ability to build prototypes and work with APIs and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI solutions across Matson Logistics lines of business using Microsoft tools.
• Monitor deployed solutions, fix workflows, and escalate issues to IT.
• Grow adoption and report governance board on status and value.
