You’ll collaborate with CFOs and senior Finance leaders, own ROI models, and drive scalable, responsible AI initiatives, with travel as needed. This role blends strategy, governance, and hands-on delivery at global scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years fluency in AI & Data Strategy across enterprise data architectures and function plays in Finance, HR, and Operations.
• 5+ years Finance AI & Data work understanding CFO processes and how AI/data can transform them.
• 5+ years developing value cases and ROI models that fund roadmaps.
• 5+ years hands-on data management and analysis.
• 5+ years conducting client assessments and requirements gathering.
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI in live engagements.
• 5+ years leading workstreams end-to-end in multi-stakeholder environments.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery across time zones and cultures.
• 5+ years working with corporate Finance processes, functions, and systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision and define Finance AI strategies that connect to real business outcomes.
• Earn the room by building trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
• Architect AI and data strategies covering platforms, data foundations, operating models, and talent.
• Develop business cases, investment profiles, and ROI models to fund roadmaps.
• Assess and diagnose AI/data maturity across strategy, talent, and infrastructure.
• Build for scale by sequencing delivery of data elements and features.
• Embed Responsible AI as a differentiator from the start.
• Drive commercialization through AI-first product strategies and partnerships.
