Accenture is seeking a seasoned strategist to lead Finance AI and Data transformation at the executive level. You will shape vision, build trusted CFO-level partnerships, and design end-to-end AI/data roadmaps across global Finance environments.

You’ll translate complex problems into actionable strategies, drive ROI-enabled business cases, and scale responsible AI practices while coordinating multi‑country delivery and client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years turning ambiguous enterprise problems into clear strategies.
• 5+ years deep fluency in AI & Data Strategy across Finance, HR, and Operations.
• 5+ years developing value cases and ROI models for funded roadmaps.
• 5+ years hands-on data management and analysis with strategic insight for C‑suite.
• 5+ years leading multi-stakeholder workstreams end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision and define Finance AI strategies tied to business outcomes.
• Earn the room by building trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
• Architect AI and data strategies covering platforms, data foundations, operating models, and talent.
• Develop business cases, investment profiles, and ROI models to fund roadmaps.
• Assess AI and data maturity across strategy, talent, operating model, and data infrastructure.
• Sequence delivery of data elements and data products using scaled agile disciplines.
• Embed Responsible AI principles to build client trust and differentiators.
• Drive AI-first product strategies and ecosystem partnerships for new revenue.
