Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Manager in the United States to shape vision for AI-led business reinvention and to build client relationships as a trusted advisor. You will define AI-first roadmaps, assess organizational maturity, and craft data-driven strategies that unlock growth and efficiency.

The role requires extensive consulting experience and strong leadership across global delivery teams. Travel up to 80% may be required as client work spans multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 5 years of AI and Data Strategy experience, including enterprise data strategy and data management
• Minimum 5 years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines
• Minimum 5 years of large-scale global delivery experience
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-driven business reinvention
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor for AI, GenAI and data integration
• Define and structure an AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets and technologies
• Assess maturity of AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundation
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization, including platform blueprint and roadmap
• Create business case and roadmap to deliver on strategy including revenue upside and cost-out opportunities
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and plan for ecosystem partnerships
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities
