Job summary

Accenture seeks a Finance AI & Data Strategy Consultant to shape AI and data strategy for finance transformations. You will build client relationships, design AI-first roadmaps, and help monetize AI-enabled capabilities while embedding Responsible AI into plans. Travel up to 80% may be required.

The role emphasizes leadership in delivering large-scale data initiatives, program management, and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in AI and Data Strategy space.
• A minimum of 3+ years of high-value consulting experience.
• A minimum of 3+ years of leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• A minimum of 3+ years of large-scale delivery in Finance processes
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 12+ years experience (or 6+ years with an associate degree).
• Strong program management and communication skills; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and opportunities for AI, GenAI, and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor for AI and data.
• Define AI and data strategy to optimize data assets and platforms.
• Assess maturity of AI, data strategy, talent, and operating model.
• Define building blocks for AI-first organization and operating model.
• Create business cases, ROI models, and roadmaps for strategy delivery.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision, roadmap and ecosystem partnerships.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to operationalize AI solutions.
• Develop strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
