Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance AI & Data Strategy Consultant to shape AI-first transformations across finance functions for leading clients. You will define strategies, build data assets and ROI models, and guide enterprise-wide data programs from vision to execution.

You will establish governance, roadmaps, and business cases to realize revenue upside and cost-takeout opportunities. You'll lead client engagements, manage complex workstreams, mentor teams, and ensure Responsible AI principles

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI and Data Strategy space.
• 3+ years of high-value consulting experience.
• 3+ years leading workstreams and deadlines.
• 3+ years of large-scale delivery experience in Finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships as trusted advisor for AI, GenAI and data.
• Define AI-first strategy to build data assets and roadmap.
• Assess maturity of AI/Data strategy, talent, operating model, data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to AI-first organization, including tech blueprint.
• Create business case, investment roadmap and revenue/cost opportunities.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision/roadmap and operating model.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to operationalize AI.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization.
