Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Associate Director to lead transformation for Fortune 500 clients. You will fuse F&A domain mastery with fluency in AI, agentic technologies, and modern ERP ecosystems, steering large-scale deals from origination through delivery.

You will shape value propositions, build CFO-level relationships, and drive AI-enabled operating model design across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A with a focus on tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
CPA or equivalent highly regarded.
Experience in large-scale Finance sales or transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead F&A sales and practice for global enterprise clients.
Build CFO/CAO level relationships and generate opportunities.
Design AI-first Finance solutions with ERP tech.
Translate transformation programs into compelling client narratives.
Provide deep domain expertise in a Finance tower and drive digitization.
