Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Diamond Data Strategy Consultant to shape AI-driven business reinvention for clients. You will build trusted advisor relationships and infuse AI and data into client processes.

You will define organization‑level AI and data strategy, assess maturity, and outline technology, data, and operating models to enable AI-first transformations. Role requires 4+ years in AI/Data Strategy with consulting experience, strong program management, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in AI and Data Strategy space including enterprise & function-specific data strategy, talent strategy, value case development, data management, data analysis, client assessments, roadmaps and responsible AI.
• 4+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 4+ years of large-scale delivery experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor to infuse AI, GenAI and data into business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth and competitive advantage.
• Assess maturity of AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to become AI-first including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy, and operating model.
