Job summary

The role requires translating business needs into BRDs, prioritizing AI use cases, and enabling teams with training on Copilot, Claude, and Power Platform while maintaining responsible AI practices and scalable operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
3+ years of functional experience in AI/automation enablement, business analysis, or platform operations.
Hands-on experience applying business AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) and automation platforms (Power Automate).
Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and delivering solutions from concept through deployment.
Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Uncover experiences and build requirements to shift manual processes to AI-enabled workflows.
Identify, assess, and prioritize AI/automation use cases across the delivery lifecycle.
Document current-state workflows and define target-state designs and success criteria.
Translate business needs into structured requirements and BRDs for the AI team to build against.
Collaborate with AI technology team to deliver AI solutions from concept through deployment.
Pilot, test, and iterate on AI solutions with working teams to validate outputs.
