Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Staff, Finance AI & Automation Solutions to design, build, and scale AI-enabled workflows that transform Finance operations. This AI-first, build-heavy role ships production workflows using AI services with Power Apps and Power Automate, integrating Oracle ERP/EPM, GetPaid, Allocadia, and more.

You will partner with Finance stakeholders across Strategic Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Procurement, Marketing Finance, and Collections to translate needs into clear requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience building or scaling enterprise automation solutions.
• Experience with Power Apps or other low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience applying AI in production workflows with enterprise services.
• Ability to translate business needs into working applications and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI-enabled Finance workflows with approved AI services.
• Develop low-code apps using Power Apps; ensure quality and governance.
• Automate end-to-end Finance processes with scalable, reliable solutions.
• Integrate with Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, GetPaid, Allocadia, and related platforms.
• Partner with IT/Data teams on integrations, security, and data governance.
• Deliver documentation, runbooks, and user guides; provide support.
