Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. seeks a Sr. Platform, AI Solutions Specialist to drive AI-enabled workflows across the Global Platform Group. You will uncover requirements, translate them into BRDs, and partner with the AI team to deliver scalable AI solutions that reduce cycle times and manual effort.

You will lead training, promote adoption, and measure impact with data-driven insights, while ensuring responsible AI use and strong collaboration with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of functional experience including AI/automation enablement or related roles.
• Hands-on experience applying business AI tools to real workflows.
• Experience documenting requirements and partnering with technical teams.
• Experience developing training or enablement programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uncover experiences and translate business needs into structured requirements and BRDs for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI teams to deliver AI-enabled workflows from concept to deployment.
• Pilot, test, and refine AI solutions with end users to ensure accuracy and fit.
• Create trainings and enablement materials to raise AI fluency across the organization.
