You will translate business needs into structured requirements and partner with AI teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions from intake through deployment. Responsibilities include documenting current-state workflows, prioritizing high-impact AI use cases, and scaling AI capabilities across the organization while ensuring responsible AI practices and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in a related AI/automation enablement or business analysis role.
• Proven experience applying AI tools to real workflows and delivering solutions from concept through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Uncover experiences and define requirements to shift to AI-enabled workflows.
• Partner with AI teams to deliver solutions from intake to deployment.
• Document current and target state processes with success criteria.
