Job summary

Ingram Micro, Inc. in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Sr. Platform, AI Solutions Specialist to drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows across the Global Platform Group.

You will translate business needs into BRDs and requirements and partner with the AI tech team from intake to deployment. You will champion AI tools like Copilot and Claude, share best practices, and develop GPB trainings and playbooks to raise AI fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of functional experience in AI/automation enablement or related roles.
• Hands-on experience applying business AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) and automation platforms (Power Automate).
• Experience documenting workflows and partnering with technical teams from concept to deployment.
• Experience designing and delivering trainings or enablement programs is preferred.
• PM certification or AI certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uncover experiences and translate them into requirements for AI-enabled workflows.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI/automation use cases across the delivery lifecycle.
• Document current and target-state workflows with success criteria.
• Collaborate with AI team to deliver solutions from concept to deployment.
• Drive adoption and enable change through training and playbooks.
