Qualifications

• 5+ years fluency in AI & Data Strategy across Finance, HR, and Operations.
• 5+ years focused Finance AI and Data work with CFOs.
• 5+ years developing ROI models and business cases.
• 5+ years hands-on data management and analysis.
• 5+ years conducting client assessments and requirements gathering.
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI in live engagements.
• 5+ years leading end-to-end workstreams across multi-stakeholder environments.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery experience.
• 5+ years working with Finance processes, functions, and systems.
• Bachelor's degree (12 years) work experience; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape the finance AI and data strategy vision and roadmap.
• Earn trust with CFOs and senior Finance leaders as trusted advisor.
• Architect paths with technology platforms, data foundations, and operating models.
• Develop business cases, investment profiles, and ROI models.
• Assess AI and data maturity across strategy, talent, and data infrastructure.
• Lead the delivery of data elements and data products at scale.
• Embed Responsible AI as a core differentiator in client work.
• Identify and develop AI-first product strategies and partnerships.
