The Finance & Administrative Services Support Specialist is a full-time, non-exempt position based primarily on the LLP Campus in Polkton, North Carolina, with travel between Union and Anson counties as needed.
This position provides comprehensive administrative and financial support to the Finance & Administrative Services department. Key responsibilities include preparing funding requests, preparing accounts receivable invoices, grant-related financial reports, and insurance documentation. The position also supports risk management, vehicle fleet administration, financial transactions, audits, and other business office functions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative, organizational, analytical, and computer skills; knowledge of Business Office procedures; excellent attention to detail; and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The position requires an individual who is self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and committed to providing timely, professional, and customer-focused service.
