Timberline Construction Corporation is seeking a Finance & Administrative Compliance Coordinator to keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You will support the Finance team and own administrative and compliance tasks, from licenses to insurance documents and basic accounting.
The role suits someone organized, curious, dependable, and capable of handling diverse tasks. If you follow through from 'we need this' to 'it's done,' we will teach the rest and help you grow with us.
Do you love keeping things organized, catching the details others might overlook, and making sure everything is where it needs to be?
Timberline is looking for a Finance & Administrative Compliance Coordinator to join our team and help keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, curious, dependable, and enjoys having a hand in a little bit of everything.
You'll support our Finance team while taking ownership of important administrative and compliance processes - from tracking business licenses and state registrations to managing insurance documentation, prequalification requirements, records, and basic accounting tasks.
You don't need to be a compliance expert. If you're organized, willing to learn, and good at following something through from "we need this" to "it's done," we'll teach you the rest.
Think of yourself as the person who keeps the details moving.
You'll:
We're looking for someone who is organized enough to keep track of the details, curious enough to ask questions, and persistent enough to follow things through.
You should have:
Experience with accounting, bookkeeping, compliance, insurance administration, business registrations, licensing, or working with governmental agencies is a plus.
Experience with multi-state business operations or client prequalification systems is also helpful.
You don't have to know every answer. You do need to know how to find the answer.
The person who succeeds in this role will be:
This is more than an administrative position. You'll gain exposure to Finance, insurance, regulatory compliance, accounting, and the business operations that keep a growing construction company moving.
You'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, take on additional responsibilities over time, and become an important resource for the organization.
If you're someone who likes being the person everyone can count on to have the details covered, we'd like to meet you.
