Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Oversees clinical, research, educational and administrative strategic planning initiatives.
• Partners with institutional offices for all business and administrative functions.
• Manages and maintains the department's all-funds budget and financial reporting.
• Oversees contract management, invoicing, accounts receivable, reporting and operations.
• Manages staff onboarding and personnel transactions and training.
• Develops faculty compensation plans and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance or a directly related field is required.
• Oversees the development and execution of clinical, research, educational and administrative strategic planning initiatives, including alignment with LSOM and Institutional priorities.
• Works collaboratively with departmental leaders to assess productivity and efficiency of operations to ensure performance and goals.
• Directly manages and maintains the department's all-funds budget, including financial planning and reporting.
• Oversees contract management, including negotiations, invoicing, accounts receivable, reporting and operations.
• Manages staff on-boarding, training, schedules, culture integration, and personnel transactions.
